We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), integration credentials (Jira/GitHub tokens stored encrypted), and usage data (agent runs, timestamps).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide the TicksyAI service: running AI agents on your tickets and repositories. We do not sell your data. Code is accessed read-only through your connected integrations and is never stored permanently.

3. Data Security

All integration credentials are encrypted at rest. Communication is encrypted in transit via TLS. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for all accounts.

4. Data Retention

Agent run results are retained for 90 days. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
